We are so excited and proud to be launching our two new vegan quiches – Vegan Quiche Lorraine and a comforting Creamy Cauliflower Quiche.
Along with the rest of our products, the Clive’s Quiche Range is vegan, organic and boxed up in beautiful plastic-free packaging.
These new creations have been a long time in the making here at Clive’s and we’re so delighted our clever team have perfected the recipes and we’ve been able to launch in time for a summer of sunshine and picnics (hopefully!).
The first ever vegan quiche lorraine?
We believe the Vegan Quiche Lorraine is a world first as we haven’t been able to find another product like it!
The secret to our signature egg replacement – which has the perfect eggy quiche texture – is created using okara, which is the whey from making soya blend. Kala Namak, a kiln-fired rock salt with a distinctly sulphurous tones used in South Asia, is added to create a the unique flavours.
The bacon replacement we use in the Vegan Quiche Lorraine is tempeh, made locally in Somerset, which we marinate with smoked paprika and maple syrup to give it a vibrant flavour.

Where can I get one from?
The quiches are launching in Waitrose from 3rd March and you can find the list of branches stocking them here.
They will be found in independent shops up and down the country thanks to our fantastic wholesalers and their Clive’s- loving customers! Type in your postcode to our Pie-Finder and find your nearest Clive’s stockist.
